Our pure green tea matcha We now have two new varities of Green Tea Matcha in stock. Both with a slightly bolder flavour than our normally stocked matcha, both have a beautiful green colour. See below. For other microgrounds such as Hojicha Roasted Green Tea Matcha & Spiced Turmeric Microground, see below. For storage, a tin is air tight, so it is much better for storing matcha. Bio degradable re-fill bags are available to transfer to the tin once received. Always keep matcha in a cool, dark place. Pro tip: never use boiling water with matcha or it will become bitter Always lower to 80 degrees Celcius or 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
