Pablo distinctly remembered from childhood of 2 coffee trees on the farm that he picked delicious cherries from, so he followed his vision. He is a good steward of the land who fosters biodiversity contributing to the excellent soil hence coffee quality. The farm is very well designed and full of resources to optimize coffee plant growth and harvesting, and reflects Pablo's architectural expertise. This Yellow Bourbon was the first coffee we enjoyed with Pablo on his farm, an unforgettable silky cup with notes of Kumquat, Yellow Floral, and Macadamia.
